We are delighted to announce that the latest vintage of our Josephine cuvée has just been awarded a 94-point rating by Wine Enthusiast.

Created in 2020 by Benjamin Fourmon – 6th generation, the Cuvée Royale Brut Nature has the particularity of being without added sugar.

Its freshness, simplicity and purity won over James Suckling, who ranked it among his top 100 French wines. He also gave it a score of 94 points during his tasting.

It is with great pleasure that we announce that our Cuvée Royale Vintage 2012, has just received the Master medal by Drinks Business.

Our champagnes Cuvée Royale Rosé, Cuvée Royale Brut Nature and Cuvée Royale Brut have also been awarded Gold, Silver and Bronze respectively.

It was with great pleasure that the Maison JOSEPH PERRIER had the honour of receiving Josephine Baker during a visit to the cellars in 1960.

This great woman, a figure of the Resistance and the anti-racist struggle, was the first black woman to be honoured in the necropolis of Paris, the city where she left us in 1975.

Our winning trio consists of three new vintage cuvees: the iconic Josephine 2012, the parcel-based La Côte à Bras 2012, and the Cuvée Royale Brut Vintage 2012.

Three wines warmly rewarded in the new 2021 rankings. 

The Champagne Master included a Gold distinction for our new 2012 La Côte à Bras parcel.

Decanter meanwhile, awarded scores of 95, 91, and 90 points to our 2012 Josephine, 2012 La Côte à Bras, and 2012 Cuvée Royale Brut Vintage cuvées. 

Finally it is Wine Enthusiast that honors us with scores of 95, 94 and 93 points respectively for our cuvees.

After two years away from trade shows we are extremely happy to be able to meet you again and let you taste our champagne.

Since September 2020, with the inauguration of its brand new tour, the Joseph Perrier House has been presenting itself in a
new light.
In order to welcome its visitors in the best conditions and to offer them an exceptional visual spectacle, the Joseph Perrier House has called upon the company Lumesens . The latter, renowned for its lighting projects, was asked to set up a lighting system for the cellars. It was necessary to think about a project that would allow the light necessary for the optimal maturation of the wines to be reconciled with the enhancement of the premises. A complex challenge, but one that was brilliantly met!
