The 2014 vintage was characterised by a puzzling weather pattern. Autumn was rainy and Winter rather mild, so the vines budded early. July and August brought heavy rain. Fortunately, the miracle happened at the end of the summer, when warm, sunny, very dry weather set in unexpectedly, helping the grapes to ripen.

A cuvée with a brilliant gold colour.
This is a wine of great elegance and finesse. The first nose reveals aromas of fruit paste and spices, with ginger predominating. On aeration, the fruitiness of the Pinot Noir comes to the fore, with notes of blackcurrant and blueberry.
On the palate, the candied fruit and quince aromas are delicate and delicious. The palate is full-bodied and endlessly persistent, with marked saline notes.
The great personality of this cuvée will awaken your taste buds during an aperitif with marine notes. It is ideal with a carpaccio of scallops, accompanied by a light citrus mousse.
