This champagne has a special place in the history of the House. It is from a family plot of Pinot Noir in Cumières that this precious red wine comes, giving our blend an unique personality.
Blend
25% Chardonnay, 70% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Meunier, of which about 12% is red wine from our own vineyards in Cumières.
Ageing : 3 to 4 years.
Dosage : 7g/L
Awakening Senses
First you will find red fruits, with wild violet and liqourice notes to follow. Ripe yet racy, with beautiful length. Fine and full on the palate, with a touch of mint on the finish.

With its strong personality based upon a vinous and robust fruity heart combined fresh fragrances, this wine is perfect as a summer aperitif, or as a partner to white meats, and desserts that are not too sweet.

Our historic family-run House was founded in 1825 and is the only one making champagne in Châlons-en-Champagne today.
It stands out thanks to the know-how passed down through six generations.
Our champagne has been part of history many times and was chosen for the royal courts of both Queen Victoria and Edward VII.
