“Water separates us, but Champagne unites us.”
Queen Victoria
Esprit de Victoria
Extra Brut
The connection between the Royal Family of England and the vineyards of Joseph Perrier dates back to the 19th century. The House has reproduced a Victorian bottle notable for its lack of a punt and named this champagne “Esprit de Victoria”.
Blend
The Blanc de Blancs 2010 vintage is 100% Chardonnay from Premier and Grand Cru vineyards of the Côte des Blancs with an element also from Cumières.
Dosage : 4,5g/L
Awakening Senses
A forthright attack yet round and complex, the palate opens with a vanilla touch to give way to crisp and lively flavours. The finish is long and creamy with great freshness.

With Food
This 2010 immediately suggests itself as a wonderful aperitif. Showing its elegance and finesse, this seductive wine goes well with crustaceans or a fillet of fish with a beurre blanc sauce. At the end of the meal try it with goats cheese.

10 different champagne styles
Our historic family-run House was founded in 1825 and is the only one making champagne in Châlons-en-Champagne today.
It stands out thanks to the know-how passed down through six generations.
Our champagne has been part of history many times and was chosen for the royal courts of both Queen Victoria and Edward VII.
