The colour is a beautiful pink raspberry. The nose is subtle, fresh and attractive with aromas of wild violet and amarone cherry, with notes of black currant and gooseberry, blue cedar and Tahitian vanilla. On the palate there are intense flavours of red berries and a fragrance of soft prune and sweet licorice
25% Chardonnay, 5% Pinot Meunier, 70% Pinot Noir, including 13% of red wine from Cumières, all from Premier and Grand Cru villages.
Dosage : 4,5g/L
The nose is lively with aromas of raspberry, blackcurrant and wild strawberry. On the palate, delicious flavours of red berries develop in parallel with a rich fragrance of prune and liquorice.

With its power and richness, this gastronomic rosé can be associated with many dishes from the Mediterranean, as well as oriental and Asian cuisine – a thin puff pastry with candied tomatoes and goat cheese, a leg of salt marsh lamb with seaweed, tender duck breast or desserts with red fruits.
