Immerse yourself in our historic 4th-century champagne cellars. Discover our archive room, steeped in history, where period pieces are carefully preserved. As you visit part of our five kilometers of Gallo-Roman cellars, you'll witness the ancestral know-how that still guides the elaboration of our champagnes today. Cut right into the rock, these underground galleries offer ideal conditions for ageing, guaranteeing the harmony and elegance of each cuvée. Between tradition and high standards, let us take you on a sensory journey through a unique heritage, where each stone tells a story and each bottle embodies the excellence of our house. Your visit begins with a tour of our historic cellars, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
FAMILY EPOPE
Since 1825, the company's history has been perpetuated by six generations, each of whom shaped the company's destiny with their own personalities and commitment. Collaborating with Louis Pasteur, we contributed to the evolution of winemaking techniques. Renowned for the quality of its cuvées, the house had the honor of serving its champagne to the English court, under the reign of Queen Victoria. Today, our family history continues to inspire the creation of exceptional champagnes, aged in our historic cellars and appreciated the world over.

Champagne
Our cuvées are meticulously crafted using the traditional Champagne method, combining expertise and passion. After the harvest, when each grape is carefully selected, comes the pressing, a delicate stage that enables the juice to be extracted with precision. This juice then undergoes a first fermentation, transforming the nectar into wine.
The magic happens during the second fermentation in the bottle, when the much sought-after bubbles and effervescence are formed. Our bottles rest for several years in our historic Gallo-Roman cellars, places steeped in history, before the final stages: disgorging, dosage and packaging, revealing all the character and complexity of our champagnes.
TASTING
At the end of the tour of the Champagne cellars, you'll taste some of the house's cuvées from a choice of tastings, including the surprising "Mystery Experience in Champagne": a fun and captivating approach after a guided tour, you'll taste four emblematic cuvées blind, testing your senses and your curiosity.
Joseph Perrier loves to welcome families, and has designed a special children's area for family visits, ending the tour with a tasting of single-varietal grape juice.
