A recognized, voluntary certification, ISO 22000 is a guarantee to our consumers of our company's ability to control the safety of our champagnes. The aim is to prevent, identify and control "hazards" throughout our process.
This certification, the fruit of several years' work, is a major reward for our House and its teams. By way of illustration, since 2017, when we began implementing a quality management system, more than 183 documents have been created and live on a daily basis on our production lines and in the various departments. They record all the work carried out by our teams.
From now on, an independent certifying body will audit and challenge us every year, so that we can constantly improve.
