Ripening of the grapes took place in true summer conditions not seen in Champagne since the summer of 2003.
The harvest began on September 8, with hot, dry, sunny weather allowing the grapes to complete their development.
This harvest undoubtedly produced champagne of the highest quality.

to the eye

To the eye, a golden yellow color with a plethora of fine, quivering bubbles.

on the nose

The nose is intense and deep, with notes of white flowers (acacia, elderberry and orange blossom), followed by fruity aromas of grapefruit and pineapple.

in the mouth

On the palate, it is associated with consistency in a finely fruity, vinous expression.

food & wine pairing

It goes well with a wide variety of dishes, such as scallop carpaccio with Bourbon vanilla, or duck foie gras with lemon zest.
