On Wednesday March 20, we organized our first Master Class, hosted by Nathalie Laplaige, our cellar master. The program included a tasting of three clear Chardonnay wines and one clear Pinot Noir wine. Followed by an aperitif cocktail accompanied by our Cuvée Royale Blanc de Blancs. 

An opportunity to delve into the secrets of the House and better understand how our champagnes are made.
