It is with great pleasure and honor that our talented Chef de Caves, Nathalie LAPLAIGE was appointed Chevalier à l'Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne on friday October 6, 2023, during the Chapitre des Vendanges held in Reims.

What is the Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne?

The role of the Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne is to promote the wines of Champagne, their specificities, their diversity and their consumption patterns. It also participates in defending the Appellation and the cause of Champagne viticulture, It has some 4,000 members worldwide.

Twenty or so gatherings called "Chapters" take place throughout the year, both in France and abroad. The best-known are the Spring Chapter, followed by the Fleur de Vigne and the Vendanges, the 3 official chapters. 

There are 3 different ranks within the order: Chevalier, Officier and Chambellan.

The order's motto: "There's no champagne like Champagne!
