A non-vintage (BSA) champagne is best enjoyed within 2 to 3 years. A vintage champagne like our 2018 Vintagecan age in the cellar for 10 to 20 years, depending on the cuvée.
Store your bottles on their sides, away from bright light, in a cool place (10–12°C) with a constant temperature—the same conditions we maintain in our cellars.
Once opened, a bottle will keep for 24 to 48 hours in the refrigerator, provided you use a special airtight stopper.
Brut is versatile: it pairs beautifully with savory appetizers, seafood, white fish, and poultry in cream sauce.
Choose a Demi-Sec Champagne for sweet desserts or a Rosé Champagne to pair with red berries.

Chardonnay (freshness), Pinot Noir (body), and Meunier fruit) are the three flagship grape varieties of the appellation, grown in our vineyard.
The Blanc de Blancs from 100% Chardonnay (white grapes), just like our Les Chalmonts cuvée, whereas the Blanc de Noirs is made from black grapes that produce white juice (PinotMeunier).
This classification is based on the village where the grapes are grown: 17 villages are classified as Grand Cru (excellence) and 44 are classified as Premier Cru.
From hand-harvesting to bottling for the second fermentation, every step follows the traditional Champagne method.
To mark the occasion, a Prestige Cuvée or a vintage wine in a gift set is ideal. A tasting set is also an excellent option.
