The essence of this vintage lies in the conjunction of exceptional meteorological events. The rigors of a cold, dry winter with a consequent lack of water quickly gave way to a powerful spring, alternating hot weather with abundant rainfall. The rainy month of July had no impact on our delicate pinot noirs from " La Côte à Bras ", whose quality remains unrivalled. The 2011 harvest in Champagne was exceptional in its earliness, unprecedented since 1822!
Since 2007, we've been working on this plot in an exceptional way: one plot, one grape variety, one year, one wine. This cuvée is the expression of Cumières pinot noir, fresh and salty.
